Possible kidnapping victim rescued in parking lot

On Friday, Dec. 28, Officers Roy Williams and Jeremy Gatlin were dispatched to a reported fight going on at a local bank parking lot. Upon arrival they discovered that there was more involved than just a fight. Detectives Jerry Bell and Casey Whitehead were dispatched to the scene and soon discovered that there had been an apparent kidnapping involving a 21-year-old female from Orange, Texas.
