REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
DEQUINCY, LOUISIANA HELD ON JANUARY 15, 2019 AT THE OFFICE LOCATED AT 500 SOUTH GRAND AVENUE, DEQUINCY, LOUISIANA.
The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of DeQuincy, La. met in regular session on January 15, 2019 for the following purpose:
Chairman Jerry McCaig called the meeting to order and upon roll call, those present and absent were as follows: Present: Jerry McCaig, Lynne Treme, Wesley Wells, Ira Royer, Carmen Iley, Shirley Bagwell and Brenda Vige
Absent: None
A quorum present, the following business was transacted. The minutes from December 11, 2018 were reviewed. Ira Royer made a motion to approve and Wesley Wells seconded. Motion carried.
The financial reports for October and November 2018 were reviewed. The year to date actuals were compared to the year to date budget. Wesley Wells made a motion to accept the financial reports and Ira Royer seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The La. Code of Governmental Ethics Policy was presented to each Commissioner. After presentation and discussion each member signed off that they had read the Ethics Policy.
Election of officers for 2019 – Chairman: Jerry McCaig; Vice-Chairman: Ira Royer; Chaplain: Wesley Wells. All members were in favor.
The vacancy report was presented by Brenda Vige.
There being no further business to come before the board, the Chairman thereupon declared meeting adjourned.
