REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY CITY OF DEQUINCY, LA

DEQUINCY, LOUISIANA.
The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of DeQuincy, La. met in regular session on December 11, 2018 for the following purpose:
Chairman Jerry McCaig called the meeting to order and upon roll call, those present and absent were as follows:
Present: Jerry McCaig, Riley Smith, Wesley Wells, Ira Royer, Carmen Iley, Shirley Bagwell and Brenda Vige
Absent: None
A quorum present, the following business was transacted. The minutes from October 10, 2018 were reviewed. Riley Smith made a motion to approve and Carmen Iley seconded. Motion carried.
The financial report for September 2018 was reviewed. The year to date actuals were compared to the year to date budget. Ira Royer made a motion to accept the financial report and Carmen Iley seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The La. Compliance Questionnaire was presented and discussed. Riley Smith made a motion to approve the completed Questionnaire and Wesley Wells seconded the motion. Motion carried. Res # 951
Holiday office closures were presented for Christmas and New Years. Riley Smith made a motion to accept the dates presented for closing the office. Ira Royer seconded the motion. Motion carried. Res # 952
The vacancy report was presented by Brenda Vige.
There being no further business to come before the board, the Chairman thereupon declared meeting adjourned.
