Robert Lee Harris, Sr., 78, a resident of Orange, Texas passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Schexnider Harris; children, Robert Lee Harris, Jr. and wife, Melissa of Orange, Texas, Reba Shannon and husband, George of Orange, Texas, Curtis Harris and wife, Michelle of Michigan, Chris Harris of Orange, Texas, Russell Harris and wife, Angie of Indiana, Randy Harris and wife, Christi of Orange, Texas, Martha Milligan and husband, Patrick of Orange, Texas and Lisa Taylor and husband John-Dee Taylor of Orange, Texas; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Patricia Inman of Orange, Texas, Ronald Harris of Indiana and Debbie Harris of Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Harris and Maxine Faith Harris; brother, Jim Harris; and half-sisters, Becky Whitehead and Armetia Harris.
The family will have a private service.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
