Serving Others is what we do. We have been called to serve the hurting and down trodden of our community. Life Worship Center was established in November of 2009.
Services are held on Sundays and Wednesdays. Sunday School is at 10:30 a.m. and Sunday Worship service is at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday Bible study is at 7:00 p.m.
Life Worship’s auditorium has been completely renovated and remodeled with carpet to be installed soon.
Life Worship Center invites anyone looking for a church home to please join us as “We come to worship, We leave to serve”.
ABOUT THE PASTOR
Rev. Alvin Dale Smith has been in ministry for over 40 years serving in the capacity of evangelist, assistant pastor and pastor. He evangelized in the northeastern United States, Texas and Louisiana. He served as pastor at Sugartown UPC and Life Tabernacle Apostolic Truth in Sulphur. He is a member of the New Vision trio.
Rev. Alvin and Susan Smith have two daughters, Rebecca Smith, a middle school principal in Round Rock, Texas who has a Masters of Education Leadership degree from Lamar State University, and Suzanne Smith, graduate of McNeese State University, is employed by Q2ebanking firm as an Application Support Analyst.
They have one grandson Jacob Cupstid, currently a junior at McNeese State University and employed in banking.
