SCAM ALERT: BECi members, be on the look-out for phone calls from scam artist posing as BECi employees.
Remember that BECi Customer Service Representatives will not ask for your credit card information over the phone and it is against BECi’s procedure to take payments over the phone.
Also, remember that a BECi representative will not contact you to say that you are in danger of disconnect, rather BECi sends out an automated call for that purpose.
If you need to pay your bill, you can use their automated phone service by calling 1-800-367-0275 or by logging into “My Accounts” at www.beci.org.
Remember to not use third-party sites to pay your bill online. These sites are not affiliated with BECi. BECi recommends all of their members to only pay their bill using www.beci.org.
