Jean Mullins of Ragley was born on Mar. 10, 1931 and passed away on Thursday, Mar. 21, 2019 in Ragley.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Paula Jean Koonce of Ragley and George Koonce and wife, Laci of Moss Bluff, Jessica Broussard and husband, Chris and Joshua Dronette and wife, Kate; great-grandchildren, Dalten, Kolby, William, Leslie, Jocelyn, Jackson, Eli and Owen. She is also survived by her son-in-law, John Dronette; and her great granddaughter-in-law, Jamie Fruge.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Mullins; daughters, Betty Wimberly, Phyllis Bruney, Shirley Dronette and Helen Mullins; and her parents.
The family received friends from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, Mar. 25, and the funeral service began at 1 p.m. at Riley Smith Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Interment followed at Farquhar Cemetery in Carlyss.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
