NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in compliance with the provisions of Section 2-11 and Section 2-12 of the Home Rule Charter of the City of DeQuincy, State of Louisiana, that the following entitled ordinance introduced at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of DeQuincy, State of Louisiana, held on April 8, 2018, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council of said City, complete in the form in which it will be offered for final adoption by the City Council of said City, is open to public inspection and will so remain at lease fifteen (15) days prior to its final adoption:

ORDINANCE NO.
An ordinance authorizing the issuance of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000) of Sales Tax Bonds, Series 2019, of the City of DeQuincy, State of Louisiana; prescribing the form, terms and conditions of such Bonds and providing for the payment thereof; providing for the acceptance of offers for the purchase of the Bonds; authorizing an agreement with a Paying Agent; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
The said ordinance, in the form in which it is to be finally passed, is on file with the Clerk of the Council of the City for public inspection and the said ordinance is to be taken up for final passage, after public hearing, by the City Council on May 13, 2019, at six o’clock (6:00) p.m.
