The #5 ranked team in Class 2A baseball, your hometown Tigers played hosted to the #2 ranked team from Class C, the Simpson Broncos on Monday night, Apr. 15.
Boogie Miller took to the mound for the Tigers and picked up the victory for the home town team. Tiger Cooper Hext has two RBIs in the game coming from a single into right field.
Other action for the undefeated Tigers in District were as follows:
April 10: DeQuincy 10, Oakdale 0.
April 11: DeQuincy 6, Pickering 3.
The Tigers traveled to East Beauregard Tuesday night, Apr. 16, and will close out the regular season at home against Vinton on Thursday, Apr. 18.
