Cynthia Marie Chamberlain was born on Sept. 14, 1959 and passed away on Tuesday, Apr. 30, 2019 in DeQuincy at the age of 59.
She is survived by her children, David Chamberlain, and Barbera Chamberlain; grandchildren, Griffin and Dawson; and her brothers, Marvin Kelley and Joe Kelley.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, at Riley Smith Funeral Home in DeQuincy.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
