1. Approval of April 8, 2019 regular meeting minutes.
2. Finance, Fire, Police, Public Works, and City Reports.
3.Approval of May 13, 2019 agenda.
4. Public Input.
5. Public Hearing and adoption of an ordinance changing the sewer rates for customers connected to the city sewer system.
6. Public Hearing and adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000) of Sales Tax Bonds, Series 2019, of the City of DeQuincy.
7. Council action on Peddler Application submitted by Dorian Lee Botley.
8. Authorize Mayor Riley Smith to proceed with the development of the LCDBG proposal.
9. Adopt a Citizen Participation Plan/Citizen Complaint Procedure and appoint the City Clerk as Citizen Complaint Officer for compliance with the LCDBG (Louisiana Community Development Block Grant) program.
10. Adopt a Procurement Policy for compliance with the LCDBG program.
11. Authorize Mayor Riley Smith to proceed with the procurement and selection of professional services for the purpose of assisting
in the development of the LCDBG proposal and implementation of the project.
12. Public Hearing and adoption of ordinance selling city property located at 114 S. Pine Street to Alvin Dale Smith.
13. Discussion of and possible council action on the selling of city property located at 211 N. Pine Street.
14. Discussion and possible condemnation of house at 120 S. Pine Street (old DeQuincy Flower Shop.)
15. Discussion and council action regarding the current contract for Solid Waste Collection with Republic Services.
16. Council Concerns.
