Cullen Pharris and Luke “Boogie” Miller, seniors on the DeQuincy High School baseball team, made 1st team All-Southwest, 1st team All-Region Team (Region 6), and honorable mention All-State.
Cooper Hext made the Louisiana High School All-Star team that is only for juniors of all classes in the state. He will play in a series of games in front of colleges and scouts in Troy, Ala. from June 24-27. Only 20 players in the state were chosen to play in this series. The event is called the Southeastern Underclassman shootout. They will compete against players from several other states.
Congratulations to these three young men on these accomplishments.
