1). Approval of June 10, 2019 regular meeting minutes.
2). Finance, Fire, Police, Public Works, and City Reports.
3) Approval of July 8, 2019 agenda.
4). Public Input
5).Dewith Carrier to address the council regarding his candidacy for Louisiana State Representative District 32.
6).Public Hearing regarding the 2019 millage rates.
7). Adopt a resolution regarding the 2019 millage rates.
8). Proceed to the next step of condemnation of the house at 120 S. Pine Street.
9). Public hearing and adoption of the Ordinance for Solid Waste Collection Contract with Waste Management.
10). Authorize Mayor Smith to go out for bids on the following surplus vehicles and sell to the highest bidder: 2005 Ford Expedition, Minimum bid $500, 2007 GMC Yukon, minimum bid $1,000, 2013 Ford Explorer, minimum bid $1,500, Case 990 2 wheel drive tractor, minimum bid $2,000.
11). Authorize Mayor Smith to accept the bid received from American Fence for the Perimeter Fencing – Phase III project, for the amount of $107,226.50.
12). Adopt a Resolution authorizing Mayor Smith sign any and all documents necessary to apply for grant funding from the Calcasieu Parish Road and Drainage Trust Fund.
13). Council to discuss the vacate lots, owned by the city, on Pine Street and whether or not the city should consider selling the lots.
14). Council Concerns.
