1. Approval of July 8, 2019 regular meeting minutes.
2. Finance, Fire, Police, Public Works, and City Reports.
3.Approval of August 12, 2019 agenda.

5.Council to review and approve bids on the following surplus vehicles: 2005 Ford Expedition, minimum bid $500, 2007 GMC Yukon, minimum bid $1,000, 2013 Ford Explorer, minimum bid $1,500, Case 990 2 wheel drive tractor, minimum bid $2,000.
6. Introduce an ordinance amending the FYE 9/30/19 budget and set a public hearing for September 9, 2019.
7. Adopt an ordinance regarding the proposed Budge of Expenditures for the FYE 9/30/20.
8. Authorize Mayor Smith to sign the Grant Offer for Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Project No. 3-22-0014-019-2019 at the DeQuincy Industrial Airpark consisting of the reconstruction of perimeter fencing not required by 49 CFR 1542.
9.Introduce an ordinance repealing ordinance no, 733 and replacing it with ordinance no. 917, prohibiting the accumulation of junk, wrecked or abandoned automobiles and other junk within the DeQuincy city limits.
10.Introduce an ordinance amending ordinance no. 839 regarding weeds and offensive accumulations.
11. Council to discuss the liquor ordinance and take possible council action to clarify and/or amend the ordinance.
12.Council to discuss and take council action on the condemnation of 1101 Richard Allen Street.
13. Council Concerns.
