The Golden Knights, under the direction of Head Coach Dwight Huddler, have been awaiting the arrival of football season.
The Knights look to improve on their last year’s record of 5 wins and 6 losses.
They return several starters on both defense and offense.
The Knights season schedule is as follows:

- Friday, Sept. 6, 7 p.m., DeRidder.
- Friday, Sept. 13, 7 p.m., Rosepine.
- Friday, Sept. 20, 7 p.m., at DeQuincy.
- Friday, Sept. 27, 7 p.m., Iota.
- Thursday, Oct. 3, 7 p.m., Tioga.
- Friday, Oct. 11, 7 p.m., at Iowa.
- Friday, Oct. 18, 7 p.m., Westlake.
- Thursday, Oct. 24, 7 p.m., at St. Louis Catholic.
- Friday, Nov. 1, 7 p.m., Jennings.
- Thursday, Nov. 7, 7 p.m., at Lake Charles College Prep.
