Johnny “Fat Boy” Trahan, 34 was born on Aug. 23, 1985 in Pineville and passed away on Friday, Oct. 18, 2019 in Kinder. Johnny was a loving father, caring man and he was all about his family.
He is survived by his children, Ashlynn, Johnny, Jr., Summer Rayne, Ma’Kenna and Zoey; mother, Rhonda Trahan; Fiancé, Amber Trahan; sister, Misty Roberson and husband, Clint; niece, Jayden; nephew, Damion; grandmother, Mildred “Granny” Bishop; numerous other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Johnny Bishop, Sr; uncles, Bobby Bishop, Larry Trahan, and Johnny Bishop, Jr.
The family received friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday Oct. 21 at First Baptist Church, 128 Hwy. 109 S., Starks. The family also received friends from 12 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, with the funeral service starting at 2 p.m. Rev. Ron Butler officiated. Interment followed at Miller Annex Cemetery in Starks.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
