Registration for the 2019 Thanksgiving Baskets will be held on Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 11-12 at Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church Hall from 9 a.m. until 12 noon.
Baskets will be distributed Tuesday, Nov. 26, from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Have a current phone number and physical address. No other applications will be taken after this date. Make every effort to come in person. We will accept applications over the phone ONLY if absolutely necessary.
The telephone number to the Hall is 786-3205. The church office will not accept applications. Do not call the office.
This ministry serves the immediate DeQuincy area (five mile radius in each direction) and counts only those that live in the household.
