DEQUINCY, LOUISIANA.
The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of DeQuincy, La. met in a special called session on September 24, 2019 for the following purpose:
Chairman Jerry McCaig called the meeting to order and upon roll call, those present and absent were as follows:
Present: Jerry McCaig, Wesley Wells, Ira Royer, Lynne Treme, Shirley Bagwell and Brenda Vige
Absent: Carmen Iley
A quorum present, the following business was transacted.
The Operating Budget for FYE 9/30/2020 was presented and discussed. Ira Royer made a motion to give the Executive Director and Assistant Director a 4% merit increase and give the Repairer I a 6% merit increase effective October 1, 2019. Motion carried.
Lynne Treme made a motion to adopt the budget as amended with the new salary amounts for employees and Ira Royer seconded the motion. Motion carried. Res # 959
There being no further business to come before the board, the Chairman thereupon declared meeting adjourned.
