7. Discussion and council action on possible sale of city owned property at 211 N. Pine Street (old Triangle Auto Bldg.)
8. Approval of the 2019 Liquor Applicants.
9. Proceed to next step of condemnation on property located at 1101 Allen Street, DeQuincy, LA.
10. Appoint Darwin Pinder to serve another three-year term on the board of the West Calcasieu Parish Community Center Authority.
11. Appoint Darlene Hooker to serve as Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of DeQuincy.
12. Election of Council Officers for 2019.
