DeQuincy Lady Tigers opened up district play last week against Oakdale. The Lady Tigers came away with the victory 36-31.
Up next was Pickering Lady Red Devils. Once again the Lady Tigers came out victorious 50-44. Coach Judy Clark said the team had a tough pre district schedule that she believes will help them in district play.
The Lady Tigers are now 2-0 in district.
