Joyce Irene Corry died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2020 at a local hospital.
She was born in Starks. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Starks. She was a caregiver for many family members throughout the years.
Survivors include her three children, Susie Gillis and husband, Ronald of Starks, Michael Corry and wife, Kathy of Starks, and Kathy Barrington and husband, Jerry of Alexandria; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raphiel Corry; father, Levi Milton Allbritton; mother, Eula Lee Poole Allbritton; five brothers; and a sister.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 15, at First Baptist Church of Starks. Rev. Ron Butler officiated. Burial followed in Miller Annex Cemetery in Starks under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Vinton.
