DHS Lady Tigers beat Welsh 16-1. The Tigers scored nine runs in the first inning and never looked back. Raeleigh Granger, Jana Barrow, Sarah Morvant, Adah Doucet, Baileigh Kellogg, and Katie Willis all contributed in the big inning.
Granger was the winning pitcher for Lady Tigers. She went four innings, allowing one run on three hits, striking out two and walking zero.
Lady Tigers collected eight hits on the day. Kellogg and Granger both had two hits to lead the Lady Tigers.
