The Starks Mayhaw Festival which was scheduled for May 14-16 this year has been cancelled. Due to the Coronavirus, the membership of the Starks Business and Civic Association, Inc. made the call to cancel the festival. Even if the “stay at home” ban is lifted beforehand, we feel it is in the best interest of everyone involved to not try and have the gathering of people, so soon afterwards.
In the history of the festival it has never been cancelled, however, the situation now warrants that happening and we hope that all those who planned to attend, the vendors and the sponsors will continue to support our efforts next year as we again plan for the annual Starks Mayhaw Festival the third weekend in May.
