The City of DeQuincy has hired a new Code Compliance and Code Enforcement inspector, Ronnie Collins.
Collins will be enforcing the city codes for homes and businesses to include: clean up, grass cutting, fence lines cleared, junk car or metal removal, and any trash or debris, and any homes needing attention.
Before working for the city of DeQuincy, he worked eight years for Chemical Waste Management in Carlyss. He worked for the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff Department for 16 years and for the Sulphur Police Department for almost seven years.
