Roger Marcantel, Calcasieu Parish Police Juror Dist. 11, will be the guest speaker at Rotary Club of DeQuincy’s next regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 27, at 12 noon at the DeQuincy United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
Marcantel will talk about challenges the recent COVID-19 crisis has presented for District 11, the largest district in the parish.
