Esther Jean Ardoin, 82, died Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at her home.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday, June 18, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Basile. Entombment followed in the St. Augustine Mausoleum under the direction of Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Lake Charles. Father Keenan Brown was the Celebrant.
She was a homemaker.
She was survived by her husband, Julius Ardoin of Basile; three sons, Dwain Ardoin and Carla Esters of Ragley, Jimmy Ardoin and wife, Karen of Vidrine and Troy Ardoin and wife, Stefanie of Katy, Texas; brother, A.C. Louviere of Lafayette; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Keith Ardoin; her parents, Columbus and Lucy Doucet Louviere; and two brothers.
