Fritz Marvin DeLano, 88 of Groves, Texas passed peacefully from this life on Thursday, July 2, 2020.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons Rick DeLano and wife WenDee of Pearland, Texas, Mike DeLano and wife Rosie of Beaumont, Texas, Tim DeLano and wife Dimity of Kerrville, Texas; and one daughter Kay Miller of Lumberton, texas; one sister, Kathryn Brown of Bryant, Ark.; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by parents Ira and Harriett DeLano and his wife Lois DeLano.
The family received friends on Monday July 6, from 5 to 7 p.m., followed by the Home Going Service at 7 p.m. The service was held at The United Pentecostal Church of Bridge City, 2056 West Round Bunch Rd. Bridge City, Texas with Rev. Jason Carr officiating. The interment was held on Tuesday July 7, at 9 a.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves, Texas
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
