Notice is hereby given pursuant to Arti.cle 7, Section 23 (C) of the Constitution nd R.S. 47:1075(B) that a public hearing of the City of DeQuincy located in Cal.casieu Parish will be held at the regular meeting place, City Council Chambers at City Hall; 300 N. Holly St., DeQuincy, LA 70633, on Monday, September 14, 2020 at
6:00 p.m. to consider levying additional or increased millage rates without further voter approval or adopting the adjusted millage rate after reassessment and rolling forward to rates not to exceed the prior year’s maximum.
The estimated amount of tax revenues to be collected for General Alimony in the next tax year from the increased millage is $103,398.38 and the amount of in.crease in taxes attribute to the millage in.crease is $6,698.57.
