William Terry Perkins was born Feb. 17, 1960 and passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at the age of 60 at his residence in DeQuincy.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Lindsey Perkins; children, Terry Perkins and wife, Stephanie and Lindsey Perkins; and grandson, Jack Perkins. He is also survived by his brothers, Bobby Spears and wife, Dawn, Darrell Spears and wife, Diana, Leon Spears, Joseph Spears and wife, Debbie; and sisters, Jackie Rose Smith and husband, Gordon and JoAnn Cooley.
He was preceded in death by his son, C. W. Perkins; parents, Charles Murphy “Jack” Perkins and Betty Jo Stampley Perkins; brothers, Carl Lee Stampley and Melvin Stampley; and a sister, Evelyn Franklin.
A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 17, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
