Benjamin Ray Knight was born May 7, 1951 in Beaumont, Texas and passed away Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020 at his residence in Vidor, Texas at the age of 69.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Theresa Knight; son, Shannon Ray Knight; daughter, Tressie Denise Knight; grandchildren, Shaley Carter and husband, Manny, Tessa Knight, Kaitlenn Bryant, Kaden Bryant, Brody Woodward and Brailey Woodward; great-grandchildren, Ethan Carter, and Paisley Carter. He is also survived by his sisters, Joyce Springs and Betty Stanley; and brother, Kenny Knight.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and LaVern Knight.
Cremation has been entrusted to Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
