CITY COUNCIL

The City Council of the City of DeQuincy met in a special session on Tuesday,
December 29, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at their regular meeting place located at 300 North Holly
Street, DeQuincy, Louisiana with the following members present: Denise Maddox, Mark Peloquin, and Judy Landry. Absent: Daisy Cole and Ronda Jacobs.
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Mark Peloquin and the roll was called with the above result.
Public Input:
None.
A motion was made by Denise Maddox and seconded by Judy Landry to approve the application for a beer/liquor permit submitted by the DeQuincy Iron Horse Pub. Motion carried as follows: Yeas: July Landry, Mark Peloquin and Denise Maddox. Nays: None.
Absent: Daisy Cole and Ronda Jacobs. Abstain: None.
A motion was made by Denise Maddox and seconded by Judy Landry to adopt a Resolution authorizing Mayor Smith to sign all documents related to approving the Calcasieu Parish Multi-Hazard Plan as revised. Motion carried as follows: Yeas: July Landry, Mark Peloquin and Denise Maddox. Nays: None. Absent: Daisy Cole and Ronda Jacobs.
Abstain: None.
There being no further business to discuss, a motion was made by Denise Maddox and seconded by Judy Landry, to adjourn the meeting.
