The Tigers defeated Many 5-4 on Sunday thanks to a walk-off single. The game was tied at four with the Tigers batting in the bottom of the seventh when Reese Ashworth singled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run.
In the bottom of the sixth inning, the Tigers tied things up at four when Traive Gautreaux singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Ashworth took the win for the Tigers. Ashworth lasted four innings, allowing four hits and one run while striking out three.
Gautreaux started the game for the Tigers. The righthander lasted three innings, allowing six hits and three runs while striking out three and walking zero.
Sammy Maddox went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead the Tigers in hits.
