REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
DEQUINCY, LOUISIANA
JANUARY 12, 2021

The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of DeQuincy, La. met in regular session on January 12, 2021 for the following purpose:
Chairman Jerry McCaig called the meeting to order and upon roll call, those present and absent were as follows:
Present: Jerry McCaig, Lynne Treme, Ira Royer, Shirley Bagwell, Brenda Vige
Absent: Darlene Hooker, Carmen Iley
A quorum present, the following business was transacted. The minutes from December 8, 2020 were reviewed. Lynne Treme made a motion to approve the minutes and Ira Royer seconded. Motion carried.
The financial report for November 2020 was reviewed. The year to date actuals were compared to the year to date budget. Ira Royer made a motion to accept the financial reports as presented and Lynne Treme seconded the motion. Motion carried.
A Premium Pay Policy was presented and discussed. The policy has been submitted to Civil Service for approval. Lynne Treme made a motion to approve the Premium Pay Policy as presented and Ira Royer seconded the motion. Motion carried. Res # 967
Proposals for installing new wood fencing on Logan Lane were presented. Four proposals were received from Pat Williams Construction, Allain Builders, Raymond Alleman, and Southern Style Services LLC. After discussion, Lynne Treme made a motion to accept the bid from Allain Builders and Ira Royer seconded the motion. Motion carried. Res # 968
The vacancy report was presented by Brenda Vige.
There being no further business to come before the board, the Chairman thereupon declared meeting adjourned.
