Approval of April 12, 2021 agenda.
Public Input
Council to authorize Mayor Smith to sign the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury and City of DeQuincy concerning the Summer Food Service Program for 2021.
Adopt a resolution informing the LA DEQ that the city will continue maintaining our wastewater treatment plant and continue required testing in accordance with the LA DEQ permit.
Authorize Mayor Smith to enter into Engagement Agreements with J. Aaron Cooper regarding the audit for the year ended September 30, 2020.
Adopt a resolution approving the West Calcasieu Parish community Center Authority refunding of its existing refunding bonds.
Discussion of and council action to begin the condemnation process on the structure at 331 Hall Street.
Discussion and council action regarding the donation of a 2014 Ford Expedition to the Churchpoint Police Department.
Shandel Hambrick, owner of the DeQuincy Iron Horse Pub, to address the council regarding a possible variance for the Pub.
Discussion and possible council action regarding storing of roofing materials on a private lot in a residential district and/or running a commercial business in a residential district.
