A memorial service for Stacy Langley Moore was held at Tioga First Baptist Church, 1309 Singer Drive, Tioga, on Saturday, Apr. 17, at 2 p.m. under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball. Visitation was held from 11 a.m. until time of service.
Stacy, 45, of Tioga, slipped peacefully into God’s arms at 9 a.m., Thursday, Apr. 15, 2021 at Tioga Community Care Center. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on Dec. 12, 1975. She was a graduate of Tioga High School. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree at Louisiana College, followed by her Masters of Social Work Degree from LSU-Baton Rouge. She was a social worker at Rapides Regional Medical Center for many years, followed by other employment in the healthcare field.
Stacy enjoyed music, cooking, crocheting, LSU football games, and watching Disney movies with her daughter, Lilly Belle Hillestad. Besides her daughter, those left to cherish her memory are her father Patrick Langley and wife Carolyn; siblings Cody Langley (Ashley), Ryan Langley, Matthew Burgess, Bridgett Burgess. Her aunt and uncle Janice and TJ Pharris were dear to her, as well as many other family and friends.
Stacy was preceded in death by her mother, Rita Gilland Langley; and her husband, Clarence Moore.
