Approval of April 12, 2021 regular meeting minutes.
Finance, Fire, Police, Code Enforcement, Public Works, Sewer, and City Reports.
Approval of May 10, 2021 agenda.
A representative from Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering (ICE) to give a monthly update on the DeQuincy Industrial Airport.
A representative from Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering (ICE) to give a monthly update on our FEMA Public Assistance.
Authorize Mayor Smith to advertise for bids regarding Request for Qualifications-Engineering and Architectural Services – Hurricane Laura DR-4559 at the DeQuincy Industrial Airport.
Authorize Mayor Smith to advertise regarding the request for bids on the DeQuincy Airpark Pilot Lounge.
Council to ratify Mayor Smith signature on the Grant Application for the Drainage Study at the DeQuincy Industrial Airport.
Adopt a resolution authorizing Mayor Smith to enter into a Work Authorization to provide engineering services to complete a Drainage Study at DeQuincy Industrial Airpark in the amount not to exceed $170,000 to be paid for by the Grant Application mentioned in no. 8.
Introduce an ordinance and set a public hearing for June 14, 2021 amending the FYE 9/30/2020 budget.
Discussion of and possible council approval of a letter requested by Joseph Eaglin of the PRD&G Group, which is needed to go with their application for a grant for the DeQuincy Colored School Gym.
Council to review the condemnation report, furnished by the Parish Inspector, concerning the structure at 331 Hall Street and proceed to the next step which will be a condemnation hearing on the structure.
Introduce an ordinance and set a public hearing for June 14, 2021 regarding the abandonment of the sidewalk in front of the DeQuincy Iron Horse Pub.
