10:00 a.m., at 500 S. Grand Avenue, to re.ceive comments on the 2021 Annual PHA Plan, the 2021-2025 Capital Fund 5-Year Action Plan Budgets, and 2017 Capital Fund Budget Revision. All documents are on display at the office of the Housing Au.thority, 500 S. Grand Avenue, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00
