Laura Lee White, a resident of Ragley was born Nov. 23, 1948 and passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021 at the age of 72.
She is survived by her husband, Rev. John White, Jr.; children, Laura Diana Lasha and husband, Jim, Bridget Ann Oglesby and husband, Jerry and John Harold White and wife, Nichole; grandchildren, Stuart LeBleu and wife, Carly, Jordan LeBleu and wife, Erin, Matthew Lasha and wife, Blanca, Tiffanie Ann Oglesby, Jerry Oglesby, Jr. and wife, Alexandria, Rebecca Lyn Oglesby, John Harold Materne and John Emery White and wife, Terri; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her siblings, Mike Bryant and wife, Doris, Catherine Guillie, Peggy Bryant, Louis Bryant and Buddy Bryant and wife, Sandra.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold “Buddy” Bryant and Catherine Boudreaux Bryant; and brother, Harry Bryant.
The family received friends from 12-2 p.m. Sunday, June 6, and the funeral service began at 2 p.m. at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. A private burial was held at Riley Smith Memorial Park in DeQuincy.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
