Wilson Douget was born May 18, 1936 and passed away Sunday, Aug. 22, 2021 at the age of 85.
He is survived by his children, Sheila Caldwell and husband, Tommy, Paul Douget and wife, Terri, Ray Magee and wife, Sheena; grandchildren, Daniel, Sarah, Joseph, Justin, Jessica, Brennan and Bryson; brothers, Harold Douget and wife, Bobbie, Delford Douget and wife, Judine, Ronnie Douget and wife, Nadine; and sisters, Louann Heckard and Vianna Scoggins
He was preceded in death by his parents, Felician Douget and Isabel Guillory Douget; three brothers; and two sisters.
The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, and the funeral service will begin at 3 p.m. at Riley Smith and Sons Funeral Home in DeQuindy. Interment will follow at Miller Cemetery in Starks.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
