Linda Darlene Martin, 71, of Starks passed into the arms of her Savior on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021 at her residence.
She was born to her late parents, Charles and Margaret Casburg on June 6, 1950 in DeQuincy. She played the piano and the organ at First Baptist Church in Starks for many years, where she served wherever she was needed. Linda was always giving and dedicated to the happiness of others.
She is survived by her two sons, Charly Bob Martin of Starks and Neil Martin (Jodi) of Las Vegas, Nev.; along with her two grandchildren, Ryan and Cameron.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Lee Martin; and her brother, Freddy Casburg.
A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held at First Baptist Church in Starks on Friday, Sept. 10, at 2 p.m., with Bro. Ron Butler officiating. Visitation will be at the church beginning at 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Doyle Cemetery.
