Gary Lemuel “Bebo” Upchurch, 59, of Merryville, died Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021.
He was survived by his wife, Carolyn Upchurch of Merryville; daughter, Anna Upchurch and T-Ray of Merryville; step-son, Keith Simmons of Merryville; brothers, Frank Sullivan and David Brown; sisters, LuWanna Upchurch, Belinda Brown, Lori Brown, Penny Upchurch; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Lucius; two sisters; one brother; grandfather, Lemuel Holiday Lucius; grandmother, Julia Maggie Lee Barker; and grandfather, Jewell Charlie “J.C.” Upchurch.
Funeral service was held on Friday, Sept. 24, at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder. Pastor Glenn Burks officiated. Burial followed at Cannon Cemetery in Merryville.
