Keith Allen Perkins was born Dec. 1, 1957 in DeQuincy and passed away Oct. 1, 2021 in Sulphur.
He is survived by his wife, Ola Perkins; stepdaughter, Jessica Thompson and husband, Waylin; grandchildren, Jada, Jaedyn, Jordyn, Braydon and Brantley; brothers, Hamp Perkins, Fred Perkins, Shelton Perkins, Cecil Perkins and Kenneth Perkins; sisters, Janell Adams and husband, Jack, Eva Rose Sauvarnt and husband, Ray, Joy Faye Ruef and husband, Bernard; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Curly and Helen Perkins; brothers, Willis Perkins and Hubert Perkins; and sisters, Ethel Matthews and Carrie Lummes.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. onWednesday, Oct. 6, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., on Thursday, Oct. 7, at Riley Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Good Hope Cemetery.
