Bruce Harrold Quave, 79, of Merryville died Monday, Oct. 4, 2021.
He is survived by his wife, Stephanie Quave of Merryville; son, Derek Quave and Jennifer of Merryville; daughters, Lisa Harrington and Donnie of Merryville, Rhonda Farris and Cade of Longville; stepson, Billy Stephens and Jessica of Jasper, Texas; brothers, Wayne Quave and Floyd Quave, both of Merryville; sisters, Darlene Quave Johnson of Merryville, Linda Quave Stark of Weatherford, Texas, Nina M. Quave of Merryville, and Lucille “Sissy” Midkiff of Pineville; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ausbon and Lorene Quave; son, Harold Adam Quave; and one brother.
Funeral service was held Thursday, Oct. 7, at Green Oak Baptist Church in Merryville. Brother Darrell Hieronymus and Brother Jason Fortenberry officiated. Burial followed at Quave Family Cemetery in Merryville.
