1 Approval of September 13, 2021 regular meeting minutes.
Finance, Fire, Police, Code Enforcement, Public Works, Sewer, and City Reports.
Approval of October 11, 2021 agenda.
4.Public Input
Aaron Cooper, CPA, to present audit for FYE 9/30/2020.
Council to appoint new member/members to the Zoning Board.
Hearing on mobile home Variance filed by Corie Albritton to determine whether or not a mobile home can be placed on her property located at 305 Kelly Street.
Introduce an ordinance amending the hazardous pay for First Responders, (i.e. Police Department and Fire Department), Department Heads, Public works Employees and City Hall Employees.
Council to review inspection report on 309 LeBlanc Street and proceed to the next step which will be to set the Condemnation Hearing for November 8, 2021.
Authorize City Clerk to advertise for bids on city surplus equipment.
11.Council to approve the new Public Works Director for the City of DeQuincy.
Council to approve the proposed spending of the first installment of $570,682.21 from the American Rescue Plan Funds as follows: sewer and storm water (drainage) improvements consisting of point repairs, culverts, pump repairs, needed equipment for sewer department and premium pay for city employees employed during the Covid-19 Epidemic.
