This is to advise that the contract between the City of DeQuincy & NCMC, LLC dated March 05, 2020 for Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, MA Project No. A9-19003-DA, is substantially complete and was accepted by the City of DeQuincy on May 5, 2021.
Any person or persons holding a claim against said contract, Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, MA Project No. A9-19003-DA, should file claim with the Clerk of Court of Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana on or before December 10, 2021.
