Christopher Bourg, born Oct. 8, 1959 in Cameron and passed away Monday, Nov. 15, 2021 at his residence in Lake Charles at the age of 62, with his loving wife, Linda at his side.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Linda Darnell Paulk Bourg; son, Blaine Michael Bourg and wife, Amber; grandsons, Matthew Alexander Bourg and Samuel Levi Bourg. He is also survived by his father, Sidney Benny Bourg; brother, Danny Bourg and wife, Madeline, numerous nieces and nephews, and his “brother from another mother” Ricky LeBoeuf.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Robinetta Annie Bourg.
Chris grew up in Cameron doing what he loved, hunting, fishing and crabbing with family and friends. He opened Bourg Seafood seven years ago, making a living, continuing to do what he loved.

There was a small memorial service to celebrate Chris’s life on Friday, Nov. 19, at 11 a.m. at White Oak Park Pavilion, 5584 River Road, Lake Charles.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
