Danita Lenora Long LeBleu died Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021 at the age of 82.
Born and raised in Moss Bluff, she was a resident of Ragley.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Lynn LeBleu; sons, Michael Alan Alvey (Jean Marie), Scott Dwayne Alvey; daughters, Vickie Alvey Armistead, Sabrina Alvey McCoy; stepdaughter, LaDana Howard (Lewis); brothers, Otis Long, W. R. Long, Russell Long; sisters, Joyce Schmitz, Shirley LeDoux, Sybil Haymon, Connie Rose, Judy Eccles Rogers, and Ruth Fruge; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Sabra Long, two brothers; and two sisters.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 2, at Heritage Funeral Home in Moss Bluff. Interment was at Bird Nest Cemetery in Gillis. Rev. Auzie Haymon Jr. officiated.
