She is dedicated to encouraging and leading students to strive toward reaching their fullest potential and becoming accomplished adults later in life. Her teaching career began approximately 16 years ago as a Pre-K teacher and now she teaches 5th grade ELA. She has served on the Leadership Team, PBIS Team, and as a mentor to incoming teachers.

Her focus this year has been primarily to integrate technology into her class and to encourage her fellow teachers to do the same. She enjoys creating tech tip pages and providing hands on training assistance to help her colleagues with incorporating technology into their everyday lessons.
