DeQuincy Police detectives are currently working two theft cases and are asking help from the public.
The first case involves a Blue Tooth JBL Party Box, SN: TLO815 stolen off a porch on Gill St. around Dec. 27.
The second case involves a 2002 Honda XR250R Red/White dirt bike. A partial VIN number of JH2ME0812K, last four 0616. The bike was stolen from a residence on West Park Lane.
If any citizen has any information pertaining to these two thefts, contact the DQPD at 337-786-4000. Your name will not be given. Parents, if your child shows up with a dirt bike and you didn’t buy them one, contact the city police department; it is always better if the stolen item is returned.
