The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of DeQuincy, La. met in regular session on December 14, 2021 for the following purpose:
Chairman Jerry McCaig called the meeting to order and upon roll call, those present and absent were as follows:
Present: Jerry McCaig, Lynne Treme, Darlene Hooker, Ira Royer, Carmen Iley, Shirley Bagwell,
Absent: None
A quorum present, the following business was transacted. The minutes from November 9, 2021 were reviewed. Darlene Hooker made a motion to approve the minutes and Lynne Treme seconded. Motion carried.
The financial report for October 2021 was presented and discussed. The year-to-date actuals were compared to the year-to-date budget. Ira Royer made a motion to approve the financial report as presented and Carmen Iley seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The election of officers for 2022 was held. The following officers were nominated: Jerry McCaig as Chairman, Lynne Treme as Vice Chairman, and Darlene Hooker as Chaplain. All approved.
The vacancy report was presented by Shirley Bagwell.
There being no further business to come before the board, the Chairman thereupon declared meeting adjourned.
